On 29 Jan 2019, added 10,000 shares of MapleTree Commercial Trust at $1.79 each.
My position will increase to 16,000 shares after this purchase.
The subsequent run up of the share did surprises me as it reached all time high at $1.93.
Though I am tempted to take profit but I will stick to my investing principles.
At current price $1.86 , I will be hesitate to add more as it distribution yield will be further compress to 5%.
If the price start to retraces ,I will be adding more else I will be looking at other counters.
