FY2017 Dividend & Trading income

FY2017 has been a good year since I start to add REIT in my portfolio.

I sold UOB, TalkMed ,IHC & Ascott Rights which give a net amount of $2436.67.

Dividend wise , I received $17962.92.

Total dividends & trading income at $20399.59 which translates into $1699.96 per month.

SPH remain to be my largest holding & the dividends cut did somehow dipped my total amount of dividends. 

The power of compounding had shown its effects, and I will continue to save diligently & spend wisely to pump more capital & reinvest the dividends into equites.
