Half Yearly revenue increased by 4% from $32.09 million (FY2015) to  $33.47 million (FY2016).

Other income increased by 36% from $0.19 million (FY2015) to $0.26 million (FY2016) due to interest from fixed deposits & government grants.

However operating costs is creeping up very fast, with operating lease expenses up by 54% from $0.47 million (FY2015) to $0.73 million (FY 2016).

Other operating expenses increased by 39% from $0.66 million to $0.92 million due to overhead expenses from Stem Med which is a subsidiary of TalkMed which commenced operation
in  July 2015.

Losses from TalkMed 30 % share of investment in HKIOC continue to increase by a whopping 392% from $0.25 million to $1.25 million. I had sent email to TalkMed to find out when will they expect a breakeven for HKIOC & the major factor which resulted the loss. But to date, I have not received any reply yet.

Profit after tax for Half Yearly was $18.39 million , down by 7% as compared to
FY2015 at $19.81 million
